- Half of a steamed then frozen zucchini
- 1/2 cup sweet potato
- 1 scoop Aloha Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin
- 1 Tsp cup Artisana Cashew Butter
- 1 Tsp Simply Organic Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Simply Organic Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Tbsp Bulletproof Braine Octane Oil
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Cult
- 1 Tbsp Nutiva Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Palenola
