- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix eggs, maple syrup, cashew butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Then combine dry ingredients.
- Since the batter isn't very thick, I baked one big cookie for 10-12 minutes.
- Once cookie is done baking, I cut individual hearts using a cookie cutter. This may seem backwards but if you do not use butter and regular flour the consistency of the batter will not work with cookie cutters.

- 1 can of Organic Great Northern White Beans
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp White champagne vinegar
- 1/2 lemon
Directions
- In a large bowl mix beans, lemon, and champagne vinegar.
- Heat pan on medium-low, spray with avocado oil then add garlic.
- Add in beans, lemon, and champagne vinegar to pan.
- Stir and let sit for a few minutes.
- You can eat warm or eat cold the next day, both taste equally as delicious!

- Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Scoop batter (i use a spoon), roll into a ball and flatten with a fork.
- Sprinkle Himalayan sea salt to finished cookies
