Ingredients
- Wild salmon
- 1/2 cup of Brown Rice
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 2 peppers
Directions
- Prep salmon with fresh lemon juice & sesame oil and BBQ for 10 minutes each side
- Season broccoli with nutritional yeast and Himalayan sea salt
- Roast broccoli for 25 minutes
- Bring stovetop to boil and add 1/2 brown rice and let cook for 12 minutes.
- Add everything into a bowl!
