I switch off between eating ground turkey meat, turkey burgers, and turkey meatballs. I use the same lean ground turkey meat, just cook them differently and add in different spices. I buy my turkey meat fresh from Whole Foods. It’s personally my favorite and has the best flavor. For the meatballs, you can add in whatever spices, I add parsley, eggs (for extra flavor), garlic, turmeric, Himalayan sea salt, and coconut flour to hold the turkey balls together. Once finished in the oven you can throw these on anything! I made a kale salad and added the turkey meatballs on top. These are also a great alternative to regular meatballs. Add these to pasta or zoodles :)
