I like switching up my breakfast every few days. Vanilla protein collagen oats always make the rotation. Oatmeal is super light that doesn’t make you feel too full and you are still getting your protein by adding protein powder and collagen powder. I like to soak my oats in water overnight and then cook them in the morning. This makes the oats extra creamy and thick.
Ingredients
- ½ cup of Sprouted Flour oats
- 1 cup of Vital Proteins vanilla collagen powder
- 1 cup of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp salbachia seeds
Toppings
- Sunfood Goji berries
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Blueberries
- Sliced almonds
Directions
- Boil water in saucepan
- Once water is boiling add in oats, collagen powder, and protein powder
- Let oats simmer for 15-20 minutes
- Pour in bowl of choice and add in toppings
