I used to eat these babies every single day and sometimes even for dinner. Now I usually make them on the weekends when I have more time to make breakfast. I usually always switch up the recipe depending on what I am craving but I always try to keep it minimal.
Ingredients
- 1-2 bananas
- 2 Vital Farms eggs
- 1 egg white (optional)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup Sprouted Flour rolled oats
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup protein powder (optional)
- 1 cup collagen powder (optional)
Directions
- Add all ingredients into blender
- Heat coconut oil on a large skillet on medium/ high heat
- Once pan is heated add batter to skillet (I use ¼ cup per pancake)
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the top starts to bubble a little
