Banana Pancakes

I used to eat these babies every single day and sometimes even for dinner.  Now I usually make them on the weekends when I have more time to make breakfast. I usually always switch up the recipe depending on what I am craving but I always try to keep it minimal.

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into blender
  2. Heat coconut oil on a large skillet on medium/ high heat
  3. Once pan is heated add batter to skillet (I use ¼ cup per pancake)
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the top starts to bubble a little
