Overnight Oats

I might have eaten overnight oats every day for breakfast for a whole year straight AND never got sick of them.  These babies are addicting and the perfect breakfast if you have to be in the office bright an early.  You can dress them up with different toppings. I usually add some type of berries or half of a banana. This was the first time I sautéed a green apple in vanilla ghee and cinnamon.  You can also alternate milks.  I always switch off between unsweetened almond, coconut, and cashew.  Switching up your milk makes the oats have different flavors/ textures ( to me at least) so you’re not stuck eating the same combo for breakfast every morning.
